Refund Policy

We are confident you'll be extremely happy with everything you purchased. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 15 days of purchase, provided that it is still sealed and in original packaging. Please contact us for for arrangements. A credit will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price (less shipping) promptly after receipt of the returned merchandise.

At Taste Catering, we take great pride in the quality of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement.

We cannot accept returns on personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged intently. No claims will be accepted more than 30 days after the receipt of your purchase, or if the product shows any evidence of prior use or alteration.

You may return merchandise for a refund or replacement using our online return service or by contacting Customer Service at 949.215.7373, Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 6:00 pm (PST). Please keep your packaging slip and provide it with your return, as well as a note of how you would like to proceed with the return.
